It’s a way to inform and enlighten people across the country through words and images that truly tell the story of Michigan.

We like your website! We’re also promoting this beautiful Great Lake State through Great Lakes Photo Tours (www.greatlakesphototours.com). Perhaps your photographer base would like to take their skills to the next level. I’ve been making Michigan photographs for over 30-years, now we’re sharing our favorite locations and knowledge through one-day excursions and 3-day tours. Hello Jim,

You inquired about my Michigan is Amazing blog. I personally own and run the
blog, Facebook fan page and twitter accounts. It was started in 2009 as a way to share and celebrate all things Michigan. Michigan is Amazing is not a business, but i do try to promote Michigan business, people and places. Today, due to popular demand – it has seemed to really focus on photography and locations to visit around the state. Each week I hold a Friday’s Fab 5 photo c=
ontest on the fan page. The winner becomes the new profile picture for the week.
